10 Tips to improve your IQ: Crack the IQ Test, Not Your Head!


By definition, we all have played the genetic lottery. Some of us have won more in a certain area compared to others.  While IQ depends on our genetics, you can do certain things to improve your IQ Score and overall mental aptitude. 1. Get Some Exercise

We know that the mind and the body go hand in hand. On a basic level, an unhealthy body puts more demands on your control center.
