1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the test-iq.org Services (BMI™ Certified IQ Test and BMI™ Certified IQ Test - Assessment Results) provided by Brain Metrics Initiative Ltd. (BMI™), you agree to be bound by the following payment terms. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.
2. Service Details
You are granted permission to access and Use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use only, and solely for entertainment purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of the restrictions contained in this Agreement. This license may also be terminated by us at any time in accordance with Section 7 of this Agreement. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
3. Payments and Pricing
The BMI™ IQ Test and BMI™ PersonalityTest are offered at prices displayed on our website at the time of your purchase. Please refer to Section 5 (Access Pass - Subscriptions Details) and Section 6 (6. Billing Terms) for pricing and billing information regarding our subscription plans.

Products, features, prices, and availability vary over time and by region and Access Pass plan.
5. Access Pass - Subscriptions Details
Certain of our paid services are provided on a Subscription basis with an Access Pass purchase. You choose one of the offered periods of Services yourself when you purchase an Access Pass Subscription. It will be stated in your purchase confirmation (e.g., the invoice or confirmation email that you will receive from us upon purchase of your Access Pass subscription to our Services). If you are an Access Pass subscriber, you will be responsible for the fixed and periodic charges and fees (including prepayment plan fees for multiple periods of recurring monthly fees) you selected at the time of subscription.
Please note that after you purchase your Access Pass subscription, the provision of Services will be automatically renewed for an additional period (as described below).
Four Months Unlimited Access Pass with 7-Days Free Access:
Cost: 7-day trial period (Free Access) to BMI™ Pro Suite tools, then $47.99 for a 4-month Unlimited Access to all BMI™ Pro Suite tools and services, charged at the end of the trial period. Your payment method will not be charged during your trial period and you can cancel your subscription free of charge, with no further commitment.
Renewal: The subscription will automatically renew for another four-month term at the same price ($47.99) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next term begins.
The renewal prices displayed on our websites at the time of your first purchase are subject to change. If the renewal price has changed, you will be charged the then-current (changed) price valid at the time of the automatic renewal of your Subscription. We will notify you in advance of any changes in pricing that may occur
By submitting your payment details to make a purchase of any Subscription plan, you (i) express your consent for the automatic renewal of the Services; (ii) confirm your acceptance of the offer to purchase our Services; (iii) acknowledge and agree to our Terms of Service, Payment Terms and Privacy Policy.
5.1 Auto Renewal
For subscription plans, the automatic renewal feature ensures uninterrupted access to our services. You have the option to cancel at least 24 hours before the next term begins to avoid renewal charges.
Your Services membership will automatically be extended for successive renewal periods of the same duration selected at the time of your purchase, at the then-current non-promotional subscription rate. Until you cancel, we will charge or debit your payment method at the beginning of your subscription. Your non-cancellation of the Services or continued use of paid subscription features of the Services will reaffirm that we are authorized to charge you. If your credit or debit account has been closed or your payment method is otherwise invalid, your subscription may not renew. The renewal charge will generally be the same as the prior period’s charge unless we notify you in advance at the time of sign-up or before the beginning of the renewal period as described above if:
(a) you purchased a multiple-period prepayment plan or,
(b) you were eligible for a promotional rate but are no longer eligible for that rate, then your subscription will be offered to renew at our then-current non-promotional subscription rates at the start of the renewal period. If you fail to renew your subscription to any Services before its scheduled expiration date, then the then-current non-promotional subscription rate will apply.
5.2 Cancellation of Service Subscription.
You can cancel your subscription to our Services at any time by contacting Customer Support at [email protected]. We will attempt to process all cancellation requests within 72 hours after we receive your request. We reserve the right to collect fees, surcharges, or costs incurred before your cancellation takes effect. If you terminate your paid subscription for Services, your subscription will remain active until the end of your then-current subscription period.
We reserve the right to revise the terms of the fee charge, cancellation, and refund policies, upon reasonable advance notice communicated on the Website and/or Mobile App or such other means as we may deem appropriate from time to time. Any changes made will apply to all memberships created or renewed after the date such changes were implemented.
All prices for our services are inclusive of taxes. However, the prices may be subject to change depending on applicable local tax rates and changes of such rates in the place of your residence from where you are making the purchase.
6. Billing Terms
6.1 After purchase of your Access Pass subscription plan we provide you with instant access to our services depending on which Access Pass you have chosen. E.g when you purchase a four-month Access Pass subscription for the first time, your payment method will be automatically charged with the then-current price for four months of Services.
6.2 . If you have signed up to the Service on a trial basis (“Trial”). At the end of the Trial period, and without cancellation on your part, you agree to a four-month subscription without commitment at a total cost of $47.99. The subscription will automatically renew for another four-month term unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next term begins. You agree to the subscription fee above until you cancel your subscription. Please visit our Terms of Service and Payment Terms pages for additional information.
6.3 You can cancel your subscription anytime by sending an email to our support team at [email protected].
7. Agreement Changes
Brain Metrics Initiative Ltd. (BMI™) reserves the right to update or modify these payment terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the **test-iq.org** services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
This Agreement may be modified from time to time. Notification of these modifications will be made through the posting of an updated version on this webpage. Be sure to revisit this Agreement often in order to stay knowledgeable of any modifications, as they will automatically be binding on you as a User. Any modifications to this Agreement will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after modifications have been posted serves as an indication of your acceptance of the modifications and your agreement to comply with them.
